- Let your customers connect and interact – If they love your product, let them talk with others about how they use it. This will build a more devoted tribe.
- Make your site a hub – Give people a reason to use your site frequently, and make it so everyone in the tribe can achieve their goals together. That way, you’re lifting up your entire community.
UPDATE: Nike also needs to partner with these guys, it’d be brilliant.
